Eligibility for Refund

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Perishable goods (pet food, treats, supplements) once opened are non-refundable.

Items purchased during special clearance sales are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
