Refund Policy

At Exotics India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality pet food and accessories across India. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent refund process.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Perishable goods (pet food, treats, supplements) once opened are non-refundable.

  • Items purchased during special clearance sales are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

    • Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos/videos.

    • We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

    • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

    • Amount will be credited to the original payment method.

    • For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Items

      • Opened pet food and edible products.

      • Customized or special-order items.

      • Gift cards and promotional items.
