At Exotics India, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver premium-quality pet food and accessories across India. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent refund process.
Eligibility for Refund
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Perishable goods (pet food, hay, bedding, treats, supplements) once opened, are non-refundable.
Items purchased during special clearance sales are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 24 hours with clear photos/videos.
- We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Amount will be credited to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Pet food and edible products.
- Customized or special-order items.
- Products under any sale.
